Live online participation: attendance at sessions, without communications €50
Live face-to-face participation: attendance at sessions, without communications €50
Accompanying persons: welcome ceremony Monday, coffees and meals Tuesday to Thursday 50 €.
Assistance with communication
REGISTRY
To participate as a communicator you need to register.
You will receive a welcome email with the activation of your account (check your SPAM folder if you have not received it after a few minutes). From there you will be able to access the platform using your credentials in the link:
https://xxicongresoientomologia.es/acceso
By logging in with your account you will be redirected to the corresponding payment. Once payment has been made, you will have access to your personalised desktop where you can upload your paper/poster, view the content shared at the conference and obtain your official certificate of attendance and publication.
*IMPORTANT*. the certificates can be downloaded from the section on the desktop of your account, they will be available approximately 1 month after the end of the congress.
NEW COMMUNICATION/POSTER
To create a "New Communication/Poster"(button accessible from your desktop). We recommend that you check the available thematic lines beforehand as you will need to select one during the process.
During the process of creating a new paper/poster you will have to add the signatories.
MANAGING COMMUNICATION
Once you have uploaded your communication, you will be able to see its revision status (carried out by the coordinators of the thematic line in which it has been uploaded) from the section "...".My communications"(button accessible from your work desk).
You will also be able to view the details of the communication through the "See“.
Once the abstract has been approved, you can upload the chapter of the communication in the same details section by clicking on the button ".Add chapter“.
